Bare Board Testing Systems

PCBs (bare boards) have evolved due to the ever increasing miniaturization and functionality of electronic equipment. Nidec-Read offers systems for high-speed, high-accuracy testing of various types of PCBs, including single-sided, double-sided, multilayer and build-up boards.

High-Speed Step and Repeat Open/Leak Test System

  • Step and repeat mechanism
    Employs a multitasking mechanism.
  • Continuity test resistance (1 Ω to 100 kΩ)
  • Insulation test resistance (10 kΩ to 100 MΩ)
  • High-speed testing (inspection time: 2.4 seconds per three-panel board)
  • Alignment (double-sided alignment mechanism, alignment precision: ±15 μm)
  • Other optional functions available.
Work size: Min. 60 × 50 mm to max. 260 × 160 mm
Test points (SD type): 4,096 pins (top 2,048 pins + bottom 2,048 pins)
Test points (DD type): 8,192 pins (top 4,096 pins + bottom 4,096 pins)
